This single family residence has undergone a significant renovation.

Our host for the event is Ramzi Nuseibeh who has now tackled several renovations of this type in the neighborhood that most people would never even think of taking on.

Renovation Happy Hours are designed to showcase appropriate renovations of properties in the East Row. They are an opportunity to learn about the structure of our historic homes, to develop renovation ideas for our own homes, and to learn techniques for implementing those historic renovations. You will get to meet and chat with people who are very knowledgeable about renovations in our historic district.

As always, the East Row will provide refreshments.  You are welcome to bring additional food and beverages if you would like to contribute.
